Why join men’s group?
As men, our society has conditioned us to rely on our own abilities and to look to ourselves to solve to our life’s problems and difficulties. This “go at it alone” approach and keeping our thoughts and feelings to ourselves has eventually left many of us to face challenges that ultimately we cannot overcome or understand on our own. In our men’s group we face the real issues of life as we explore how well our lives are working or not working and seek new ways to growing and connecting that bring different and often life changing results.
Do you ever feel like your stuck and life keeps on repeating a certain way? In our men’s group, many of have personally made progress in understanding what in our life is holding us back in our relationships and even our careers. In a small group setting we do our best to support each other and push though our fears of sharing our thoughts and feelings. In doing so, many of us have found that although we thought our problems were different, our life experiences share many commonalities. By sharing our lives and hearing about others lives we grow in understanding and perspective often feeling more connected to our purpose, joy, and passion in life.
